MY INTERESTS Some of my interests are gardening, writing, sewing, reading, camping, animals, (pets) crafting, computer graphics, photography, and stargazing, to name a few. I'm currently working on a few new sites, and below you will find the other one I'm currently working on. As with this site, it's under construction, so please be patient with me! I enjoy Country, Classical, New Age, and Pop (the old stuff that USED to be called rock) music. I enjoy reading most types of books from fiction, non-fiction, suspense/horror/mystery, real life crime, and documentary books. I love National Geographic (so does my son) as well as gardening magazines. Movies...again, mystery/horror/suspense, documentary, comedy, drama, (yea, 'chick movies') and action/adventure ones I favor. I also enjoy the Harry Potter type movies, and the 'deep' type movies like The Butterfly Effect.
WHAT I DO Ok, so I'm betting some of you are asking by now, so Judi...what exactly do you do as an occupation? Well, at the beginning of 2005 I opened an eBay store. It consisted of original, hand made tie dye items (adult and child shirts, boxer shorts, socks, baby onesies) and original design bib aprons from everyday to fancy shmancy. You'll find some examples of these on my Bambipurr's Originals page. I was working on adding jeans bags and holiday stockings. Unfortunately, in mid January, 2005, I had a serious car accident with my son riding with me. He got a simple broken arm, which now has healed good as new. I, however, crushed my right foot. I was in a cast for 9 weeks, and then in a walking boot (those really sexy, up to the knee, steel-reinforced jobs that look lovely with your dinner outfit) for another few months. That translates into no driving, no sewing (right foot, remember?) until the recovery was complete. *sighs* After THAT, I became pregnant with twins (while ON the pill, with no twins in my family, thank you very much LOL) and in May of 2006 underwent a left hip replacement. I still need another surgery on my right foot, too. I was thinking of training for home computer work, but I might just try to get my business going again. I really liked being creative, and will just need to squeeze in time to sew with 2 toddlers. In a few years I'll most likey put them in pre-school, so that will free up some time. It's supposedly a good idea to do that, for many reasons. I think one of those reasons is to avoid TOTAL insanity! Hahaha
